Nicholas Lambros

CEO and Managing Partner

Nicholas is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of PAC. After graduating from Albright College as a student athlete with a degree in Biochemistry, Nick went on to pursue a masters in Anesthesiology at St. Joes University. Over the years he has worked in a variety of centers all demanding the very best skill sets and clinical aptitude.

Jonathan Weaver

COO and Managing Partner

Jonathan is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of PAC. Jonathan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007. He has practiced anesthesia for over a decade at Level One Trauma centers, ambulatory surgical centers, endoscopy centers, local community hospitals and has provided anesthesia in the office based setting as well.

Michael Papp

Senior Vice President of Operations

Michael Papp, Regional Director of Anesthesia Services. Michael graduated from Frank J. Tornetta School of Anesthesia with an MSN from Lasalle University in 2003. Michael has been providing anesthesia for various procedures including general surgery, orthopedic, vascular, and cardio-thoracic. Michael obtained his Doctorate in Nursing from Chatham University in 2019.

Dan Lewis

Medical Director

Director of Anesthesia at the Surgery Center of Allentown. Originally from Northeast Philadelphia, Dr. Lewis completed his medical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to finish his anesthesia residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He brings over 20 years of experience, including his time at Grand View Hospital, where he served patients until late 2025.

Nina Jean Murray, SHRM-CP, is Pennsylvania Anesthesia Coalition Office Operations & HR Manager, bringing over five years of human resources expertise to drive operational excellence. She aligns HR strategy with organizational goals, optimizing workforce performance, and fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
